The self check-in process was straightforward, although interaction with the staff was minimal upon arrival. Their recommendations for local dining options were both useful and appreciated. The attention to cleanliness was commendable, with fresh towels and remade beds daily. Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay. Given the quality of the facilities and the strategic location, I believe this hotel offers a financially wise choice for travelers seeking both luxury and practicality. I would certainly consider returning for my next visit to Florence.
